El desafío ha sido soltar o dejar de controlar todo. Al final, fluir nos ha llevado a donde estamos.
What influence, idea, or reference continues to shape the way you work today?
Nos sigue guiando dar a conocer el café michoacano, llegado a estas tierras hace más de 120 años.
What place, project, or person has inspired you recently and why?
Taretan nos inspira. Imaginar más de 400 años sembrando caña y más de 800 años siendo lugar de siembra prehispánica.

Invitaríamos al maestro Manuel Díaz para hacer una cata de cafés del mundo con su explicación.

Sí, un mural de un pan. Apenas abrimos ese espacio.
