Desde el principio, más que una cafetería, imaginamos un punto de encuentro: un espacio para hacer una pausa, conectar, aprender y sentirse bienvenido. Lo que hizo diferente a Foam fue la intención de construir comunidad antes que clientes, poniendo a las personas en el centro.

Desde el principio quisimos crear un espacio que no se sintiera fuckin perfecto ni demasiado serio. Al contrario, queríamos que se sintiera vivo, caótico, cercano, como una tarde entre amigos. Un lugar donde el fuckin café y las bebidas fueran importantes.

The stone, the house, the coffee, the freshly enjoyed cup of coffee, the flowers. You look around and there’s always something you want to photograph or simply contemplate. They’re small moments of presence.

We really enjoy calibrating the espresso and that moment when we realize that, day by day, our espressos keep getting better.

We believe in process, origin, and experimentation as a form of gastronomic expression — that’s what guides us in achieving that sense of enjoyment. Our proposal focuses on combining natural flavors; what Mother Earth offers us.  

It was born as a dream shared by two girls aged eight and seven, which became reality twenty years later. From the beginning, we wanted to create a space where people could enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a good dessert, or have breakfast in harmony. 

We're disruptive, eager to explore new methods and flavors. Our ritual is a sensorial journey—from the cup of coffee to cocktails, including art and workshops. We seek to surprise with every topic and every sip: not knowing what to expect is part of our mischievous game.

We love to be deeply committed to seasonal menus. We do countless tests and share our opinions so we can improve recipes. Although our creativity isn't just focused on the menu, it's also focused on special events and their organization.

Kuepa was born as a refuge from all that was unclear in the world. And although it too is imperfect, it is a space that builds support, trust, calm, nourishment of the senses, transparent connections, and possibilities for the future.
