How did this place come about and what made it different from the start? 
Nació en el 2021 con la intención de servir café trazable en la ciudad, desde el inicio fue un lugar en donde nos podíamos expresar. La barra fue lo que lo hizo y hace diferente. 

What part of the day, space, or creative process do those who work here enjoy the most? 
Disfrutamos el momento de la apertura y escuchar a la comunidad. Nos gusta la ergonomía y mejoras que se han cuidado en el área de trabajo como la iluminación e instalaciones en general. 

If someone is coming in for the first time, what should they not miss? 
Sentarse en la barra es la esencia del proyecto, todos necesitamos un espacio para dialogar sobre la vida y sobre lo que nos pasa. 

What has been an interesting challenge that has made you rethink something about the project? 
Durante cuatro años no hemos dado desechables ni endulzantes, pero el habito de tomar cafe en cartón, con prisa y azúcar a diario nos confronta con nuestra ideología. 

What influence, idea, or reference continues to shape the way you work today? 
Darle dignidad al proceso de planta, la calidad se nota o se opaca al servir. 

What place, project, or person has inspired you recently and why?  
Misión, ha sido una gran inspiración. La comida es de mucha calidad, sencilla y nada pretenciosa; es algo que disfrutamos mucho. 

If your space could invite someone to collaborate for a day, who would it be and what would you do together? 
Hace un año conocí a Cristian from LOT, sin duda colaboraría con su proyecto. Pienso que podemos hacer un menú con café y cacao muy interesante. 

Is there an object, corner or detail of the place that has a story that few people know? 
This year we launched a narrative, expanded, and remodeled everything from the bar to the bathroom. We complemented the bar with a production center. The result is dignified and more comfortable to sit and work in. We took great care with the finishes, lighting, and certain utilitarian objects designed with recycled materials.

If this project were a city, a book, or a record, which would it be and why?
Sería un álbum que se llama Miles Limbo de Escandaloso Apósito. Todas las canciones me llevan a la barra y a todo lo que hacemos.
