Fernando Percino is Mexican and was born sometime in the eighties; he also has a degree in Public Administration from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. He has published short stories in the cultural supplement “Catedral” of the newspaper “Síntesis”, the novel “Velvet Cabaret” (2015), the book of short stories “Lucina” (2016), the book of chronicles “Diarios de Teca” (2016)and currently writes the book of notes “Volk” in ERRR Magazine. He was a member of the editorial board of the magazines: “Chido BUAP” and “Vanguardia: Todas las expresiones”. He has worked as a public official in the State and Federal Public Administration and served in various positions, for more than 7 years, in the microfinance industry.
