I’m from Mexico City, and my work focuses mostly on self-portraiture and the intimate. Currently, my projects center on the beauty of the incomplete portrait, on memory, on the unsaid, on that which invites the viewer to reflect through their own experience and to engage in a dialogue with their own gaze.

    I realized that pushing myself too hard is incredibly tiring and counterproductive, so now I try to give myself and my work some breathing room. Inspiration comes when it's meant to, and part of being an artist is knowing how to respect that space.
