I was born in Beyoglu, Istanbul in 1986. I studied Italian Literature at Istanbul University. After that, I worked for advertising agencies as a copywriter and creative director for 10 years. I was 28 when I discovered photography. I did music photography and photojournalism for 5 years, then I decided to do my own thing. My work is focused on social documentary and personal stories about Istanbul. For inspiration, I enjoy watching paintings and listening to horror stories.
