Today as yesterday

My dear Charlie Kaufman,

I dreamed you. After long nights of not being able to fall asleep.
It was another time, another place. And yet it seemed like today, a time of chaos, of hopelessness, of pain and above all of hatred. Every time a man has the thought of bringing peace into power, his life is snuffed out. Like that day in 1968. Do you remember it? I do, I relive it through your thousand stories, which I miss today. I am sorry I left that way, but you see, the world does not change, no matter how many times you shake it, it does not change despite the misery and abuse. It is difficult to abandon everything to find peace.

Until the next five years, back to Rabanos, to really live.
