What pieces or projects have you been working on lately?<\/strong>
I\u2019ve been trying to approach the urban landscapes of Mexico City as a project, capturing moments from our everyday lives that we usually pass by without noticing.

I have also worked on projects that portray the intimacy of a subject, showing them as they are when they are alone. When no one is watching you, who are you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What did you learn (or unlearn) while working on them?<\/strong>
Every activity is better if you enjoy yourself while doing it. You can build sets with lights, cameras, and wardrobe, but if you don\u2019t approach it with the necessary lightness, sometimes it simply won\u2019t work. I\u2019ve learned that I shouldn\u2019t do things expecting a result if I don\u2019t allow myself to enjoy the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What words, ideas or emotions were going through your head?<\/strong>
Serenity, freedom, fulfillment, melancholy, film, music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What's been the most difficult thing you've faced recently in your creative process?<\/strong>
Creating, sustaining, and reworking my ideas with clarity around what I want to show. Sometimes I know what I want to express from the \u201cwhy,\u201d but I don\u2019t always know how to answer the \u201chow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite restaurant and what do you recommend we order?<\/strong>
A good BBQ burger from Carl\u2019s Jr. or Burger King.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your life were a movie this month, what would it be called and who would write the soundtrack?<\/strong>
Chronicles of a soul in remuneration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It would be Hans Zimmer<\/a><\/strong>, without a doubt. I\u2019d love to know how he would portray my life. I\u2019d also like figures such as Elton John<\/a><\/strong>, Billy Idol<\/a><\/strong>, Siddhartha<\/a><\/strong>, Bratty<\/a><\/strong> or The Weekn<\/a><\/strong>d to be involved. It\u2019s hard to simplify when there are so many possibilities, but Hans Zimmer should definitely do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommend one or more artists you follow who inspire you, and tell us what you like most about their work or their way of working.<\/strong>
In photography, Drew_lyb<\/a><\/strong> fascinates me: they capture atmosphere by playing with their models and adding subtle touches of mystery. Ittsenni<\/a><\/strong> is completely different; in their photographs they convey delicacy, calmness, and pacifism, and sometimes their images resemble paintings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other fields, such as acting, Jim Carrey<\/a><\/strong> feels sensational to me: his ability to transform through masks and to sustain those transformations, as well as his philosophy of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In music, Elvis Presley<\/a><\/strong> and Michael Jackson<\/a><\/strong> represent, for me, the importance of challenging what is already established in order to make room for your own artistic vision.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
