What pieces or projects have you been working on lately?<\/strong>
I started photographing in Spain just a few months ago, after moving to Barcelona. I think it\u2019s a peaceful, siesta-like atmosphere. For me, it\u2019s something new, because most of my life I\u2019ve been working in a rush. Now, it\u2019s an interesting time to understand things in a slower way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What did you learn (or unlearn) while working on them?<\/strong>
I always try to look for a story in photos. I really like pictures where you can see a part of documenting, personality, reflection, emotions. Now I\u2019d like to capture life as it is \u2014 to try not to push too much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were there any conversations, movies, music, or books that made their way into that work?<\/strong>
One of my favourite movies is Manhattan Murder Mystery,<\/a><\/strong> by Woody Allen. A very emotional film!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What words, ideas or emotions were going through your head?<\/strong>
Right now, my life feels connected with the music of The National<\/a><\/strong>, Jefferson Airplane<\/a><\/strong> and Eddie Vedder.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

What's been the most difficult thing you've faced recently in your creative process?<\/strong>
A few weeks ago, I photographed for the brand Daily Sleeper<\/a><\/strong> in Sweden. The weather there was quite different from Barcelona \u2014 rain, wind, cold. I\u2019m very thankful to Asya Varetsa,<\/a><\/strong> one of the founders of Sleeper, who was the model for this shoot. She was focused and helped to bring everything to life. Such a powerful, deeply understandable way of living. I definitely need holidays somewhere with cold weather!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite restaurant and what do you recommend we order?<\/strong>
My favourite dinner is piadina with mozzarella and some vegetables. I love cooking myself, but I\u2019ll probably find a nice Italian restaurant here in Barcelona!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your life were a movie this month, what would it be called and who would write the soundtrack?<\/strong>
Just a few days ago, I started listening to Patti Smith.<\/a><\/strong> I think my favourite song now is Frederick<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommend one or more artists you follow who inspire you, and tell us what you like most about their work or their way of working.<\/strong>
I\u2019m very much in love with the photography of Venetia Scott:<\/a><\/strong> the emotions, the light, the style, the texture of her photos. Everything about her work touches me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
