Lately I have been working on photographic pieces about the human body, especially its own language and expressions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Something I learned and am still learning is the language and syntax that exist within our hands; it's amazing how we can communicate even without words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creo que la palabra seria \u201corg\u00e1nico\u201d: me gustar\u00eda retratar el cuerpo humano como esta forma org\u00e1nica que converge con el espacio y naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were there any conversations, movies, music, or books that made their way into that work?<\/strong>\u00a0
Yes, the story behind the photo series I titled \u201cThe Dance\u201d is indeed related to a song called \u201cDawn Chorus\u201d by Thom Yorke, which is part of his film \u201cAnima.\u201d I told my girlfriend about my fascination with hands, and she started moving them to the rhythm of the song. That's when I had this realization about the language of our bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What's been the most difficult thing you've faced recently in your creative process?<\/strong>\u00a0
Patience, and I think also a bit of comparison, as artists we often forget that the process is very different for each of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could have dinner at any restaurant in the city tonight, where would it be and what would you order?<\/strong>\u00a0
I think I'd like to go eat at \"La Chula\" tacos, especially at the branch on Revoluci\u00f3n. I'd order a \"La Jefa\" drink and an order of tacos al pastor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your life were a movie this month, what would it be called and who would write the soundtrack?<\/strong>\u00a0
It would be called \u201cCaminos\u201d and I would like Iv\u00e1n Cornejo to do the soundtrack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
