How did this place come about and what made it different from the start?

<\/strong>Desde que comenzamos a dar a luz al espacio donde queremos hacer sentir como en casa, cada d\u00eda y cada parte del d\u00eda tienen un valor importante: el hecho de atender al cliente, prepararle su caf\u00e9 como les gusta y sus alimentos, todo es un proceso creativo que se lleva a cabo con pasi\u00f3n y gusto por ser mejores en lo que sabemos hacer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cambio, la adaptaci\u00f3n y la resiliencia en cada proceso, con cada altibajo. El hecho de llegar a una zona que no est\u00e1 tan explorada, donde el reto importante es guiar a nuestros clientes a buenas pr\u00e1cticas, saber que no solo venimos a hacer caf\u00e9 y alimentos sino a generar un cambio positivo en el entorno y un bien com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What place, project, or person has inspired you recently and why?
<\/strong>M\u00e9xico, las barras de especialidad, caf\u00e9s locales y el gremio del caf\u00e9 como productores y gente que est\u00e1 generando cambios positivos. Hay mucha gente que nos ha apoyado, nos ha aportado y sumado y eso es de gran valor y de un respeto y admiraci\u00f3n incre\u00edble. El hecho de conocer gente que est\u00e9 dispuesta a colaborar y compartir deja una inspiraci\u00f3n grande en CRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your space could invite someone to collaborate for a day, who would it be and what would you do together?
<\/strong>Queremos que CRC sea como un hogar, y que cada persona forme parte de una colaboraci\u00f3n permanente, que tengamos eventos de difusi\u00f3n y programas culturales como parte de la casa. Yo creo el hecho de poder hacer cosas incre\u00edbles con m\u00e1s baristas, fot\u00f3grafos y artistas que permitan dejarnos compartir sus proyectos, ideas y artes por medio del espacio cultural que estamos haciendo crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there an object, corner or detail of the place that has a story that few people know?
<\/strong>En realidad el proyecto est\u00e1 conformado por peque\u00f1as partes de nuestra historia familiar. Muchos objetos como c\u00e1maras fotogr\u00e1ficas, tazas y jugueteros forman historias que trascienden el tiempo, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo vivido, y llevan nuestras ra\u00edces conectadas y permiten seguir un ADN genuino. En especial hay unas flores de papel hechas a mano por Jovis, bisabuela de la familia Meixueiro. Ella las fabricaba y sus nietos la acompa\u00f1aban a venderlas. Ahora los nietos y bisnietos forman parte de esta historia y de este gran gesto de vida, que en alg\u00fan rinc\u00f3n de CRC puedes encontrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this project were a city, a book, or a record, which would it be and why?
<\/strong>M\u00e9xico de oro. Aqu\u00e9l que busca ser mejor cada d\u00eda, el cual comparte y apoya a su gente, que genera un lugar su casa para dar calor y brindar seguridad. CRC es hogar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
