What pieces or projects have you been working on lately?<\/strong>
Mi trabajo fotogr\u00e1fico se mueve en tres vertientes: la arquitectura, la fotograf\u00eda de calle y los proyectos con tem\u00e1tica definida.
En la parte de arquitectura busco regresar a lo esencial, tanto en la propuesta como en la documentaci\u00f3n, por eso trabajo con medios an\u00e1logos. Me interesa transmitir la atm\u00f3sfera de los espacios con una est\u00e9tica atemporal, con paciencia y estudio, para generar im\u00e1genes que expresen su esencia.
En contraste, la fotograf\u00eda de calle me da lo opuesto: espontaneidad y cero control. Es un terreno de experimentaci\u00f3n donde todo es sorpresa, libre y sin planeaci\u00f3n.
Finalmente, los proyectos tem\u00e1ticos me permiten enfocar y planear con m\u00e1s intenci\u00f3n: conceptualizar t\u00e9cnicamente las piezas bajo un hilo conductor fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What did you learn (or unlearn) while working on them?<\/strong>
La fotograf\u00eda an\u00e1loga siempre guarda un margen de sorpresa. Me ha ense\u00f1ado a no querer controlarlo todo. En esa falta de control hay algo m\u00edo que se expresa, pero tambi\u00e9n algo del momento que se cuela y transforma la imagen. Nunca hay dos fotos iguales, y las emociones del instante inevitablemente influyen en el resultado.
