How did this place come about and what made it different from the start?<\/strong>
Los creadores somos una pareja cuya historia siempre estuvo y est\u00e1 ligada a compartir una taza de caf\u00e9. Entre muchas otras cosas, nos gusta rodar en bicicleta y la experiencia de tomar caf\u00e9 despu\u00e9s de una rodada y de conocer diferentes barras nos llev\u00f3 a concebir la idea de fundar Bezza<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Somos una pareja con una diferencia de edad que nos lleva a tener diferencias de todo tipo pero que nos afianza mucho como compa\u00f1eros; es por esto que, hablando de diferencias escogimos el nombre de Bezza que significa diferencia<\/em> en idioma malayo; con lo cual buscamos tambi\u00e9n ser diferentes en el producto y servicio que ofrecemos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What part of the day, space, or creative process do those who work here enjoy the most? <\/strong>
Puedo asegurar que la hora favorita del equipo es a las 2:30 pm, el momento en que tomamos caf\u00e9 juntos, compartimos tazas, probamos un filtrado, alguna nueva mezcla o bebida que inventan los Baristas y cuando tenemos sesiones de filmar videos y tomar fotos, se convierte en una din\u00e1mica que nos une.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If someone is coming in for the first time, what should they not miss?<\/strong>
La recomendaci\u00f3n de parte de nuestros Baristas, que es muy c\u00e1lida, experimentada y servicial. As\u00ed que con seguridad probar\u00e1s un flat white diferente, un cold brew experimental o un m\u00e9todo al que no le atinar\u00e1s a la mezcla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been an interesting challenge that has made you rethink something about the project?<\/strong>
Encontrar baristas experimentados que se sumen al proyecto en todos los sentidos; as\u00ed mismo el encontrar una buena red de producci\u00f3n y tostado de caf\u00e9 que cumplan con la calidad que nosotros queremos ofrecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What influence, idea, or reference continues to shape the way you work today?<\/strong>
El ser diferentes. Ya que la oferta en la zona es muy alta y de buena calidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay una cafeter\u00eda en Barcelona que se llama Goodnews<\/strong><\/a>: nos inspira que fusionan din\u00e1micas de emociones y sentimientos con los clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your space could invite someone to collaborate for a day, who would it be and what would you do together?<\/strong>
We\u2019d invite Lenny Kravitz<\/strong><\/a> y a la escritora espa\u00f1ola J\u00falia Per\u00f3<\/strong><\/a> a que preparen una bebida con nosotros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00ed, somos bien obsesivos con los libros y dise\u00f1amos una esquina que se llen\u00f3 con libros que los clientes han donado; frecuentemente tenemos din\u00e1micas donde pueden donar un libro y nosotros les hacemos un regalo, y as\u00ed el rinc\u00f3n va creciendo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
