Starting at 10:00 am, the space will be transformed into a vibrant haven where flavor, rhythm and community intertwine. At the center of the event is matcha, reinterpreted by Michoacan chefs Elena L\u00f3pez<\/a> and Macarena Laris<\/a> in unexpected ways: drinks like Matcha Mimosa or Yakult Matcha, sweet breads like Fruity Pebbles scone or mini Confetti cake, and combinations like Purple Day, an espresso with condensed milk and blackberry syrup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
