Yo ten\u00eda mi boleto avi\u00f3n para regresar a M\u00e9xico dos d\u00edas antes del concierto, as\u00ed que atras\u00e9 mi vuelo una semana para poder verla. Esa fue la primera vez que atras\u00e9 ese vuelo que hasta ahora no he tomado. Han pasado cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda vez que lo atras\u00e9 fue por un concierto de los Pixies. Luego conoc\u00ed a Gemma y fuimos juntos al concierto de Godspeed You Black Emperor! Para mi cumplea\u00f1os, David me invit\u00f3 a ver a Paul McCartney en el estadio. Ya entonces yo estaba tocando tambi\u00e9n en algunos pubs de Newtown y Marrickville. El boleto de regreso a M\u00e9xico se fue perdiendo entre todos esos boletos de conciertos a los que fui. Pero el de Courtney fue el primero.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerdo que eran tres personas en el escenario. Me impresion\u00f3 la fuerza de su guitarra y la facilidad aparente con la que ella cantaba. Todo parec\u00eda estar en su lugar mientras iban de una canci\u00f3n a otra. No s\u00e9 si tocaron <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TISIPNpRuoY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">esa canci\u00f3n que estoy escuchando ahora<\/a>. Lo que s\u00ed s\u00e9 es que en este entonces, hace cinco a\u00f1os, yo necesitaba una pausa. Necesitaba alejarme de todo. Y aunque extra\u00f1o mucho a mi familia y a mis amigos la verdad es que, a diferencia de hace cinco a\u00f1os, todo parece estar en su lugar.
